The risk assessment section includes information on understanding the bank’s risk profile and using that understanding to shape the BSA Program. The next portion of the webinar covers various products and services and the risks presented by each as well as risk management and controls for each such as wires, ACH, remote deposit capture, and monetary instruments. Lastly, the webinar covers CTRs, exemptions, suspicious activity monitoring, and SARs. This webinar has been approved for 1.25 CRCM credits.
