Safe Deposit Procedures

These procedures can be used to set up and manage safety deposit boxes including: rental set up, controls, transfers, death or incompetence of signer, transfer of leases, lock changes and daily controls. Updated to address providing the initial privacy notice when opening a safe deposit box account and the requirement to provide an annual notice if the bank does not meet the allowances for the exemption.
