Website Accessibility Checklist 2.1

Updated 05/28/2020

This checklist may be used to determine whether the bank’s website is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). While there are no official standards for ADA compliance for websites, recent actions by the Department of Justice (DOJ) suggest that compliance with the ADA means meeting, at a minimum, the standards set forth in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. This checklist has been updated to incorporate those standards.
