Fulfill Your CRA Regulation Requirements
Regulation BB implements the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) in 1977 to require financial institutions to serve the needs of the entire community in which they are located. CRA applies only to financial institutions insured by FDIC, and CRA covered activity is examined during regularly scheduled compliance examinations and when institution applies for deposit facility.
