This tool is a sample cover page for an estate accounting package submitted to the bank for review. It is intended to accompany an accountant’s report on estate administration, which the bank may request from an individual executor where the bank is named as Trustee under the Will. The report is typically provided to the bank for review before the Trustee appointment is accepted. This sample could also be amended to be utilized as a customer notice, if needed. The bank may revise the format as needed to align with the policies, procedures, and practices of its Trust department. This document is not a substitute for official legal documentation.
