(AUSTIN, TEXAS) – Compliance Alliance has announced the names of the four regional winners of this year’s inaugural Bank Compliance Leader Award. They are:

  • Tracy Stanfield | Mountain Region
  • Lacy Samples | Texas Region
  • Jane Lay | Central Region
  • Ronica Fodor | Eastern Region

The award recognizes individuals who have established themselves as compliance leaders within a bank and have positively impacted their community and the industry as a whole.

“This year’s winners have demonstrated outstanding leadership and dedication to their roles in compliance. Their contributions have strengthened their respective banks and positively impacted the broader community and industry,” said Scott Daugherty, CEO of Compliance Alliance. “We are honored to recognize their achievements and look forward to their continued success.”

This is the first annual awards ceremony, and winners were selected from a strong field of qualified candidates highlighting the Mountain, Central, Eastern, and Texas regions. Nominees were put forth by presidents, CEOs, board members, or senior management, making these awards a reflection of the work done by the compliance officers themselves and their value to their banks and the community at large.

In addition to the award presentation, Compliance Alliance will showcase the winners with a profile page in upcoming issues of ACCESS magazine through late summer and into the fall.
