Consumer Loan Policy

Updated 10/10/2024

The purpose of this policy is to establish standards and guidelines for management of the banks Consumer Loan Program. Consumer loans includes closed- and open-end credit extended to individuals for household, family, and other personal expenditures and includes credit cards, auto loans, and student loans not secured by real property.

10/10/2024 update: While there have not been any significant regulatory changes regarding this policy, C/A has written a new, streamlined version which institutions are encouraged to review and modify to suit their needs based on their size, complexity, and scope.
