FAST Act Summary

The “Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act” (FAST Act) passed Congress and was signed by the President on December 4, 2015. Buried within this transportation bill are a few little regulatory nuggets that may just provide some relief for community banks. This document summarizes the regulatory requirements for banks. There is also an action plan included to assist with the implementation of these requirements.
