Updated 06/25/2020

On June 24, 2020, the SBA released this twenty-first PPP Interim Final Rule (Rule) which provides additional revisions to Interim Final Rule #1 (originally posted April 2, 2020), by changing the eligibility requirements related to felony convictions of applicants. The Rule supplements implementation of section 1102 of the CARES Act, and the SBA requests public comment on all parts of the Rule, just as it has with all prior Interim Final Rules.
