Regulation AA Unfair, or Deceptive Acts or Practices (UDAP) Summary

This summarizes Regulation AA. The Federal Reserve Board repealed Regulation AA, effective March 21, 2016. Despite the repeal of Regulation AA, it is recommended that the Bank follow practices previously addressed in the former Credit Practices Act and Regulation AA pursuant to Interagency Guidance Regarding Unfair and Deceptive Credit Practices.
