Regulation CC Final Rule (2019) Summary

This tool summarizes the Final Rule published by the CFPB and Federal Reserve Board on July 3, 2019. In general, the Final Rule implements the Expedited Funds Availability Act and changes from the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (“S 2155”) to increase the amounts in Subpart B of Regulation CC. It also expands the EFTA to include new territories and makes technical changes to Regulation DD.
