This Geographic Targeting Order (GTO) renews and expands the previous GTO that had an effective period of September 10, 2025, through March 6, 2026. The order will has an effective period of March 7, 2026, through September 2, 2026. Additional counties added to this order include parts of Arizona and New Mexico. A covered business continues to be defined as a money services business (MSB) located in the covered geographic area.
