Fulfill Your HMDA / Reg C Regulation Requirements
HMDA / Reg C compliance requires creditors to collect certain information from applicants in connection with home purchase, refinance or home improvement loans. Creditors will periodically report the collected information on their Loan Application Register. Government agencies depend on HMDA regulations to determine whether financial institutions are serving their communities, and to identify possible discriminatory lending practices.
