Fulfill Your CRA Regulation Requirements
This part is intended to carry out the purposes of the CRA by establishing the framework and criteria by which the OCC assesses a bank’s record of helping to meet the credit needs of its entire community, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods, consistent with the safe and sound operation of the bank, and providing that the OCC takes that record into account in considering certain applications. Part 25 covers standards for assessing performance, records, reporting, and disclosure requirements, and prohibitions against use of interstate branches primarily for deposit production. This Part applies to all banks except for federal branches and agencies and certain special purpose banks, as defined by the regulation.
