Servicemembers Civil Relief Act of 2003 (SCRA)

The SCRA expanded and improved the former Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Civil Relief Act (SSCRA). The SCRA provides is intended to protect servicemembers and their dependents from certain debt collection efforts and suspend civil actions while they are called away on active duty.

C/A Offices Closed — September 11-12, 2025

Dear Members,  

The Compliance Alliance offices will be closed for our annual employee training on Thursday, September 11, 2025 and Friday, September 12, 2025.  

On Wednesday (September 10) we will have Hotline coverage 7 am – 4 pm CDT and on Thursday (September 11), from 7 am – 12 pm CDT.
