SUMMARY:
The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (the “Board”) is providing notice that pursuant to the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015 the Board’s civil money penalty (“CMP”) amounts will not increase for 2026.
