Description: Updated Comptroller's Licensing Manual

Summary

On November 14, 2017, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) issued a revised “Business Combinations” booklet of the Comptroller’s Licensing Manual. The OCC issued today an updated Version 1.1 of the booklet that makes minor technical corrections and notes one process update.

Note for Community Banks

This booklet applies to all national banks and federal savings associations.

Highlights

The “Business Combinations” booklet has been updated to reflect a change in the public comment period calculation.
