FDIC Makes Public April 2021 Enforcement Actions

For Release WASHINGTON – The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) today released a list of orders of administrative enforcement actions taken against banks and individuals in April. There are no administrative hearings scheduled for June 2021. The FDIC issued five orders in April 2021. The administrative enforcement actions in those orders consisted of two Orders to Pay Civil Money Penalties, one Section 19 Application, one Order Terminating Consent Order, and one Order of Prohibition from Further Participation.
