FCRA Credit Dispute Procedures
The sample procedures may be used for resolving credit disputes submitted by bank customers. The procedures address direct disputes, frivolous disputes and those disputes exempt from the investigation requirements. We have also supplied a form which may be provided to the consumer in the event they have not provided a written notice of direct dispute.
