FCRA Direct Dispute Results Letter Templates
These letter templates can be used to send to the consumer to resolve FCRA direct disputes. There are six different templates: (1) Information Correct – No Action Taken; (2) Information Inaccurate – CRA Contacted; (3) Information Correct – Consumer Needs to Contact CRA; (4) Frivolous/Duplicate Dispute; (5) Incomplete/More Information Needed and (6) Not Required to Investigate.
