This tool is used to determine if a credit facility is subject to the High Volatility Commercial Real Estate (HVCRE) rules and includes the April 1, 2020 HVCRE changes. This tool includes a series of questions, an explanation of the HVCRE exceptions, an interagency HVCRE aggregate definition and links to the HVCRE regulations published by the OCC, FRB and FDIC.
