This tool may be used to help OCC-regulated banks qualify activities under the Community Reinvestment Act (“CRA”) regulatory framework. The tool adapts the OCC’s official CRA Illustrative List, a non-exhaustive, illustrative list of examples of activities that would qualify under 12 CFR 25.04. The tool accompanies the OCC CRA Modernization Final Rule Summary.
