Regulation B Notice of Intent to Apply for Joint Credit Business Credit
This form may be used as evidence of joint intent. Regulation B and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act requires that a lender obtain evidence of each loan applicants’ intent to apply for joint credit at the time of application for both consumer and business (commercial) credit requests.
