- Updated policy to reflect upcoming regulatory changes. Added provisions addressing discouragement of applicants (page 3), disparate impact (page 6), and Special Purpose Credit Programs (page 7) to align with the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Regulation B) final rule, effective 7/21/26.
- Updated Section 1071 Small Business Lending Data Collection requirements (pages 11–16) to reflect the Regulation B final rule issued 5/1/26, effective 6/30/26, with a compliance date of 1/1/28.
