Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) Procedures

These procedures cover the SCRA. SCRA was amended by §600 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (P. Law 115-232). These procedures include this amendment, which went into effect on August 13, 2018. Also, we removed a Note regarding the temporary extension of foreclosure protection. This is now permanent under S.2155.
