6/5/2026 – The TCPA Policy has been extensively revised and reorganized. Because of the volume of changes, revisions are not highlighted in this version. Members should compare any previously downloaded version to the current version to review the changes.
Key updates include:
- Revised the Purpose and Scope section to address enforcement and policy exceptions;
- Added a new Overview section covering TCPA applicability, consent requirements, calling time restrictions, and general prohibitions;
- Added a new Automated Calls, Texts, and Prerecorded or Artificial Voice Messages section;
- Revised the Telephone Solicitation Calls and Do-Not-Call Requirements section;
- Added a new Third-Party Vendors section;
- Revised the Audit section to incorporate monitoring requirements;
- Removed references to CAN-SPAM and email communications (see the CAN-SPAM Policy for email-related requirements); and
- Incorporated the TRACED Act in the Overview section.
