FCRA Lobby Notice

A bank may choose to post a notice with contact information for consumers to dispute an error on their credit report if the consumer believes the bank has reported inaccurate information about their account to a credit reporting agency. This notice is based on FCRA dispute requirements but is not required and does not meet address notice requirements pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1681s-2(c) and 12 CFR § 1022.43(c)(2).
