These new CRA notices are contained in Appendix F of the 2023 CRA Final Rule and have an effective date of 1/1/26, however, the bank may utilize these notices prior to that date at its own discretion. Each download contains the following two notices:
- Notice for main offices and, if an interstate bank, one branch office in each state.
- Notice for branch offices.
