Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Treasury.

ACTION:

Notice and request for comment.

SUMMARY:

The OCC is soliciting comment concerning the renewal of its information collection titled, “Community Reinvestment Act Qualifying Activity Confirmation Request Form.” Banks that use the CRA qualifying activity confirmation process may continue to submit requests to obtain regulatory certainty regarding whether specific loans, investments, services, or other activities qualify for CRA credit. The OCC is primarily requesting feedback on the necessity, usefulness, and burden of the information collection as part of the federal approval process.

DATES:

Comments must be received by December 7, 2026.
